Vibrating screening systems are quality control equipment used to ensure size uniformity of raw materials entering or products leaving the production line, separate clumped particles, and detect and remove unwanted materials such as metal or foreign matter. AHF İnovasyon's VES series is offered with different screen configurations for powder, granule and liquid materials.

Single-deck models are preferred for basic separation and foreign matter removal, while multi-deck models are preferred for applications requiring simultaneous separation into multiple size classes. Screen frames are equipped with a quick-change mechanism; this minimizes production downtime when switching between different products/mesh sizes.

The body and screen frames are manufactured from stainless steel; dust-tight gaskets and a cover system prevent dust from spreading into the work environment. For models used with liquid materials, a sealed, hygienic design is preferred. Vibration motor power and frequency are determined by AHF's engineering team according to the characteristics of the material being screened.

Vibrating screening systems can also be integrated into a single production line together with AHF's powder mixers, raw material mixers and conveyor belt systems; this automates quality control from raw material input to product output.
