Hammer Crusher - High Capacity (CKC-25)

In the mining and mineral processing industry, crushing and grinding raw materials directly affects the quality of the final product and the efficiency of subsequent production steps. AHF İnovasyon's CK series hammer crushers are designed to quickly and economically reduce high-hardness minerals, clay, limestone, basalt and industrial slag to specific sizes.

The working principle of the hammer crusher relies on hammers mounted on a high-speed rotating rotor striking the material. Material enters the crushing chamber through the inlet hopper and is broken up by the rotating hammers; pieces that fall below the set size pass through the bottom screen and exit, while larger pieces continue to be processed inside the chamber. Output size can be adjusted between 1 mm and 50 mm by changing the screen opening.

The hammers are manufactured from high-chrome cast iron or manganese steel for high wear resistance. In addition to the rotating hammers, the fixed impact plates are also made from highly wear-resistant material. Hammer replacement and maintenance can be carried out quickly and safely thanks to large access doors.

The CK01 and CK02 models differ by capacity. Both models provide long-lasting operation with a robust cast body and flanged belt-pulley drive system. A turnkey solution with custom conveyor and screening systems is also available for plant integration.
