Powder Mixer - Cubic Type

The cubic type powder mixer is a batch mixer that, thanks to its rotating octagonal/cubic body design, gently and homogeneously mixes powder and granular materials. As the body rotates around its own axis, the material mixes by folding; this preserves particle integrity in fragile or sensitive powders.

Produced with different volume options from 50 L to 2000 L, this mixer is frequently chosen in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food, chemical and spice industries. Its hygienic inner surface quality and AISI 304 / 316 stainless steel material options ensure compliance with production lines requiring GMP.

Authorized user login is performed via the PLC control panel; access restrictions can be applied at operator or manager level. Thanks to 100 different recipe presets, parameters (rotation speed, rotation duration, rotation direction) can be recalled with a single button for repeated production runs.

The bidirectional rotation feature increases mixing homogeneity by allowing the material to move in both directions. The body automatically stops at filling and discharge positions; this guarantees operator safety and process precision. The surrounding safety barriers prevent access to the work area during rotation.

All of AHF's cubic type powder mixers undergo empty and loaded operation tests before delivery. A CE certificate, user manual and spare parts list are delivered with every machine.
