Liquid filling machines are industrial equipment that accurately fill liquid products into packaging such as bottles, jerrycans, cans or pouches at a specific volume or weight. AHF İnovasyon's DM and TDM series filling machines, with their stainless steel construction meeting food safety standards, are safely used in the food, cosmetics and chemical industries.
Volumetric filling systems operate with a piston pump mechanism; a fixed volume is transferred in each filling cycle. This method is ideal for low to medium viscosity liquids such as water, juice, oil, detergent and shampoo. The gravimetric filling system, on the other hand, continuously measures the weight of the package and automatically closes when the target fill weight is reached; this method is preferred for products containing solid particles or that foam.
With configurations ranging from single-head models up to 8 heads, production capacities from 500 to 12,000 units per hour are covered. Each filling head can be adjusted independently; different volumes can be programmed on the same machine. Fill volume can be changed within seconds via the PLC interface.
The anti-drip nozzle system guarantees that liquid does not drip after filling; this feature both keeps the packaging clean and minimizes product waste. The CIP-compatible design allows the machine to be disinfected without disassembly during product changeovers or between shifts.
The TDM500 model is equipped with a customized screw feeding system for powder and granular products; the same machine can be used for both powder and liquid filling applications.
