Conveyor Belt System - Food-Grade (KBS-200)

Conveyor belt systems are fundamental automation equipment that ensure uninterrupted transport of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products between stations on production lines. AHF İnovasyon's KBS series covers modular conveyor belt and transport systems that can be integrated into plastics, food, chemical and general industrial production lines.

KBS series modular conveyor belts are designed to be added to or removed from any point on the production line. With food-grade polyurethane or PVC belt options, they can also be safely used in food production environments. This modular structure offers great convenience for companies looking to expand their existing lines.

Belt width can be selected between 150 mm and 1200 mm, and conveying speed between 0.5 and 60 m/min. Speed is adjusted to the production tempo via frequency inverter. Stainless steel or galvanized steel chassis options are available. Side guides, height adjustment and conveying angle adjustment can also be configured on request.

AHF also provides technical consulting on the appropriate conveyor length, belt type and chassis material by analyzing the customer's existing production line. A turnkey production line solution can also be provided by combining it with our other production equipment (mixers, filling machines, testers, etc.).
