Plastic Cap Assembly Machine - Dual-Station

In the plastic packaging industry, cap assembly is one of the most critical points of the production line. Manual assembly methods are both slow and prone to high error rates. AHF İnovasyon's PKM series plastic cap assembly machines fully automate this process, increasing capacity and ensuring quality consistency.

Caps are automatically lined up and aligned by a vibratory feeder (vibrating bowl); they are then precisely placed onto bottle necks and tightened. Optical sensors detect missing or incorrectly mounted caps and remove them from the production line. This system delivers major efficiency gains, especially in water, beverage and liquid food filling facilities that require high speed.

On the plastics recycling side, AHF also offers crushing and granulating pre-processing equipment for shredding and pelletizing washed PET and HDPE waste plastics. This equipment forms the first step of the raw material preparation line in recycling facilities.

The PKM01 and PKM02 models are designed for different bottle and cap sizes. Speed is adjusted via frequency inverter. The PLC control system logs production data, enabling OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) tracking.
